Michael John Carr

Rock Hill Mr. Michael John Carr, 53 died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his home. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Mr. Carr was born September 19, 1967 in Montreal Canada and was a son of John William Carr and Elizabeth Eeet Carr. He was a graduate of the schools of Brevard County, Fl. and was self-employed as a truck driver. Mr. Carr was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of over 33 years Lisa Sylvester Carr; two children, Amanda Carr of Chester, SC and Jamie Carr of Clover, SC; six grandchildren, Justyn, Annabella, Amia, Aubrey, Michella and Daniella; four sisters, Debra Carr Sabino (Brent) of Pointe Claire, Canada Cindy Shedrick of Montreal, Canada, Janet Shedrick (Johnny Vezina ) of Beauharnais, Canada and Nancy Carr (Martin Coursol) of Montreal Canada; numerous nieces and nephews; mother-in-law; Roxanne Fisher (James) of Grant, FL and his father-in-law George Sylvester (Minerva)of Bonifay, FL. ;he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Gabriella.
