George William "Billy" Estes

CHESTER: Mr. George William “Billy” Estes, 64, died April 18, 2015.The funeral service will be 4:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. David Sealy officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church. Born October 8, 1950 in Chester, SC, Mr. Estes was the son of the late George W. and Ruby Shaw Estes.He was a graduate of Chester High School and retired from William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. Mr. Estes was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam. He is survived by one son, JosephW. “Joey” Estes and his fiancé Pamela Lee; three grandchildren, Paiglin Tupman, Trenton Estes and Alicia Estes; three great grands, Serenity Tupman, Wyatt Tupman and Bentley Estes; three sisters, Shirley Stalnaker of Charlotte, NC, Lillian Sims of Lancaster, SC and Mary Dubose of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
